บท 108: Reconcilation

"It's just that I was invited to this dinner party. There were directors, investors, and all other big parties involved. It was for building connection. 

I don't remember how I got drunk. Anyways, when I woke up the next morning, I found myself on the bed with Arnold, naked. I was scared and disgusted. He threatened me about ruining my life and career if I revealed anything.

Then, when I saw him the next time, it was when he came to pick you up from university. That's when I learned he was your father, and I didn't know how to break the news to you. I decided to keep it a secret."

After that, Leslie took a deep breath. This made Valerie extend her hand, placing her palm on top of Leslie's hand that was on the table as a sign of comforting gesture.

Seeing this side of Valerie made a small smile form on Leslie's face.
