บท 53: Harassment

On the way home on that day, Valerie felt her car being closely followed by another one. No matter how many turns she took, the car didn't leave her, and this made her feel wary.

To where did the car wished to follow her?

Nevertheless, not having a good feeling about it, Valerie accelerated the car. As though playing a fun game of chase, the one following her increased the speed of the car as well.

The one behind her was better at controlling the car, and the car almost caught up to Valerie's. It almost got ahead of Valerie's before he slowed down the car and let Valerie take the lead.

This continued.

Seeing this caused Valerie to frown.

Was the one behind simply trying to irritate her?

Just as she had thoughts running through her head, the one behind her bumped the car into hers, and shock made her fall forward. With that, the car again placed distance between the two of them.
