ตอน 286: Chapter 276 ( Sister's Confrontation )
Classes were over and the groups were gathered again, even Kyōka was with them.
"It's a surprise to see you out of the hospital" - said Asuna with a frown seeing how the blue-haired girl was glued to the arm of her leader and partner - "By the way, I would like to ask you to separate from Cloud-sama."
"Don't even think about it, he's my boyfriend too, in fact, I've been with him for a long time before" - Kyōka snorted as she rolled her eyes at the second year girl - "By the way, thanks for the potion."
"Putting that aside... Did anyone else hear those anguish-filled screams?" - Shizuka asked as she cocked her head to the side.

"Not in the least" - Cloud replied as he rolled his eyes at the blue-haired girl - "I have no interest whatsoever in Nangokuren, nor do I wish to enslave any women, I only participated in it [Dragons Rioting] because I felt it was fun."
"Hmm... Makes sense" - Kyōka replied while shrugging her shoulders - "By the way, I feel like something is giving you a complex."
"Oh?" - Cloud gave the girl a surprised look because he didn't think she would notice.
"What? You're my man, it's obvious that I'm going to notice those little details" - Kyōka answered while rolling her eyes at him - "Now talk, what's bothering you?"
"I'll tell you tomorrow" - answered Cloud as he separated from the girls - "Now... I'd like to have some time alone, I need to think about some things..."
The girls frowned as they watched the blond boy walk away, at least all but Shizuka and Chifuyu who knew what was going on.
"I feel like you three are hiding something of utmost importance from us" - Asuna said as she noticed how Cloud's two new recruits were acting normal.
"As Cloud said, you will understand tomorrow" - Chifuyu replied as she shook her head.
Shizuka wanted to say something, but kept silent when she noticed the look her companion was giving her.
". . ." - Asuna frowned when she heard this, but decided not to insist any further because something told her that she wouldn't gain anything from it.

"I'm here..." - Ren said as she entered her younger sister's operating room, only to notice how she was waiting for her alone - "I'm surprised to see that you don't have your minions by your side..."
"Now that Cloud Strife took control of Nangokuren, our dominance efforts are a mere joke, so I gave them a little break... not to mention that the vacations are just around the corner" - Rino replied as she closed her eyes.

"What do you mean?" - Ren asked in confusion.

"Oh, I see..." - nodded Ren upon hearing her younger sister's words - "I'm going to follow Cloud Strife..."
". . ." - Ren frowned when she heard this - "Can you be more specific with your words? Are you going to follow him as his subordinate, or as something else?"
". . ." - Ren was silent for a few seconds before shaking her head - "I don't know... I didn't think of that, more so when I've been reluctant to the idea of getting married after all those marriage offers our parents put me through..."
"I understand what you're trying to say..." - Rino snorted neutrally - "Ever since you went to college, our parents haven't stopped trying to convince me to accept a fiancé..."
"I'm going to talk to them" - said Ren with a frown.
". . ." - Shū for her part, only kept silent as she frowned at the two sisters' conversation. It was obvious that the parents of the two girls were not the best, especially since they were practically demanding their daughters to take a husband of their choice, although looking at everything from the clans' point of view, this was a common thing.
"No need... I have a plan to solve this little problem" - said Rino while shaking her head - "But let's get back to the subject, if what you say is true and you plan to follow Cloud Strife, then I guess we'll have to solve our problems once and for all."

Shū was embarrassed when she heard this, more so when she felt her leader's gaze - "I'm sorry, Rino-sama."
Shū quickly retreated, leaving the two sisters to talk.
"Her loyalty is impressive... you should treat her better" - Ren said while nodding. She never had subordinates, but if she had had any, then she would have wished she was like that girl.
"I'll think about it..." - replied Rino as she shook her head and focused completely on her older sister - "Ok, we can start.... Tell me... What do you think about Cloud Strife?"
"?" - Ren's eyes widened in surprise when she heard a question she honestly didn't expect - "Why do you want to know that?"
"Because I have some plans in mind, and I honestly find that everything would be a lot easier with that guy as an ally..." - Rino said as a small smile appeared on her face. She slowly adjusted her glasses as she watched her older sister's every action - "And what better method of alliance than to do the same thing that little bitch Asuna did?"
". . ." - Ren frowned when she heard this because she didn't want her younger sister to act this way.
"Ok, jokes aside" - Rino said as she shook her head - "I don't plan on using my body as a bargaining chip, not when I can use other kinds of payment methods... like for example my intellect."
Asuna could conspire against Cloud Strife's enemies, but she was sure that she or could compare to her mind, after all, she had controlled Asuna for months.

"Hmm... Now what could I do?" - Shū wondered to herself as she narrowed her eyes. Her group mates were each doing something different.
Megu was next to Tachiba Rintarō's group, Ryōko was next to Marokichi, Iyo was unaccounted for, possibly spending time with Shiryū, leaving her alone.
"With time to spare?" - A voice she recognized immediately asked.
"Cloud-sama?" - Shū asked in surprise as she saw how the boy was resting on one of the nearby trees - "What are you doing here?"
"Taking a little breather so I can think clearly" - Cloud answered simply. He didn't need to hide a simple detail like this.
"What kind of trouble could someone like you be in?" - Shū asked with surprise.
"There are problems that can't be solved by brute force alone, Shū-san" - Cloud said as he lifted his face slightly to look the girl straight in the eyes - "If it were like that, the world would be a simple one where the strongest would have the perfect life."
"That's true..." - Shū nodded as she looked carefully at the blond - "Though you still didn't answer my question, Cloud-sama."
"Why so curious?" - Cloud asked as he raised his eyebrow in confusion.
"Simple curiosity" - Shū replied calmly, though she never intended to react this way.
"Curiosity killed the cat, Shū-san" - Cloud said while squinting his eyes - "Being curious, it's something that can affect you more than you think, especially when the reason for that curiosity is a boy..."
". . ." - Shū didn't answer him, she just looked at him firmly, as if she was making it clear how serious she was on the subject.
"Okay, I think that's enough..." - Cloud said as he rolled his eyes at the blue-haired girl - "Go do whatever it was you had planned earlier."
"Oh right, I had nothing to do" - Shū said while feigning surprise.
