After arriving at the hospital, Sophia Cloud's jaw nearly dropped at the scene before her.

Leo Harrell was leaning against the headrest with his eyes tightly shut, but underneath was a swath of dark circles, a clear sign of poor sleep.

Arthur lay quietly in his arms, now awake, not crying or making a fuss, but his little hands were tightly clutching Leo's shirt.

Hearing the noise, Arthur turned his little head over and stared at Sophia Cloud, seemingly lost in thought.

Suddenly, he giggled and released Leo's shirt, stretching his arms toward Sophia Cloud, intending to be hugged.

Her heart immediately softened, she put down her handbag and took Arthur into her arms, gently rubbing her chin against his tender face.

Her movement woke Leo Harrell up. The man opened his calm eyes, and upon seeing her, slowly sat up and swung his legs off the bed.

Sophia Cloud, holding Arthur, came up to him with a smile on her face and gestured her thanks.
