Screaming and jubilating filled the room, all mouths thanking God and Damon for finally coming out of the long and almost endless sleep.

While his whole family surrounded him, Isla just stood there behind them confused of what to say, what to do, how to react. She just got her birthday wish, and it happened as soon as she made it.

"So God does answers prayers..." She says to herself as she watched him with tears in her eyes.

"So you guys are saying I got hit in the head," Damon asks trying to confirm all the information he's been receiving.

"Yeah, if Isla hadn't brought you here in time, only God knows what could have happened to you. I'm so grateful that you finally opened your eyes honey" Joan says, reaching for Isla and pulling her forward in front of him.

"Yeah you little rascal, you gave us quite the scare. Isla has been watching over you all this time you slept like a log of wood."
