Adela wondered if she would see him again and if he would come to find her. He had asked where he could find her, which gave her hope that Philip hadn't asked just that, but because he cared and would come for her.
"Excuse me, are you Lady Virginia?" a polite voice was heard addressing Virginia. Curious, Adela glanced and saw that it was one of the waiters Harriet had hired for the smoother outcome of the night.
Virginia smiled politely at him. "No, I am just Virginia," she replied, and the waiter looked at her at a loss for a moment. "Oh, forgive me, but the Duchess led me to you, telling me you are Lady Virginia."
"It's okay," she reassured him. "What's going on?"
"The Countess Harriet asks you to go and meet her before you leave. All three of you." He replied politely.
"Thank you, but did he tell you where she would like the meeting to take place?" Virginia asked him.
