Silence filled the air as all the third-year students, standing behind Ashen in their fancy white uniforms suddenly felt like they couldn't begin to comprehend what just happened.
Even Headmaster Aleesia continued looking at Ashen like he was a new being that just descended from a celestial realm to replace one of her students.
In the meantime, Ashen simply began walking back as he tried his best and succeeded in dragging himself back to his friends hoping to lean on them for support and leave as soon as the results were announced.
Gladly most of the students didn't have to wait long, since the moment most people recovered from their shock about to begin gossiping about what they just saw, the blue ball in their headmaster's hands lit up, showing a vibrant deep blue colour, floating in the air before a voice which vaguely resembled that of Headmaster Grainger, the fourth-year master, came out of it.
