บท 129: Luther

"So, why did you sign the contract?" Xasha asked as he sat across from Luther, who scowled at him dangerously. 

The two of them were in the sitting room of Xasha's tower on his airship. The airship parted the sea of clouds heading north toward Kyro. Xasha was casual as usual. Luther pretended to be calm while unknowingly wearing his heart on his sleeve. Xasha found that these types of people made for great enemies, but shitty allies. He didn't mind, as he never considered him an ally. The soul contract is more of a non-aggression pact to guarantee peace and time to grow. It also doesn't hurt to have a powerful bodyguard to protect them while Falling Stardust is still weak.

Luther looked at Xasha disdainfully, not even bothering to answer his question or acknowledge his existence.
