บท 35: Lurking

"Fucking finally!" His father grumbled as Dante strolled through the office doors of Leonardo's house. "he decides to roll his ass out of bed, and come see little old me when I call on him. Good morning, Andino. Take a seat." Dante passed his uncle, Lorenzo, in the corner a nod, but gave his father Leonardo the majority of his attention. Clearly, he'd pissed his father off in one way or another, and that wasn't good for business when it came right down to it.

"Sorry," Dante said, "long night."

It really was a long night for Dante, after he had dropped off Sophia at her house, he went back home and had barely had three hours of sleep before his phone started buzzing. He's been so fucking busy this past week, with a gun run coming up and business. He was running low on sleep.

His uncle perked up his head at the statement Dante made, "Work?

"It's always for work; don't worry about it."
