Kiara knew the White Steel wasn’t overwhelmingly strong.

His strength was comparable, if not greater, than some of Hinotori’s generals, but it was nowhere near Hinotori's, and she’d spent quite some time around Hinotori.

But there was something about Leonidas’ aura that shook her to the core.

She had pushed that fear to the back of her mind in the hopes of merely surviving this fight. But now, with Leonidas tearing through the defensive technique she’d worked hard to learn, she couldn’t push back that fear.

It was only when the lion’s bloodied fist was inches away from her face that she finally understood what it was about his aura that scared her so much.

It wasn’t overwhelming power or petty overconfidence. There was no secret reason behind that devasting aura. At least he’d made no efforts to hide it.

Leonidas simply had an unshakeable will.
