One was the recruitment of NPCs.

Now, the shelter could attract survivors up to C-level.

It was not bad. After all, survivors below C-level had almost no special skills.

Only C rank survivors had the potential to become lab workers.

The other was the increase in the shelter's defense value.

Unlike ordinary buildings, after players built a shelter, it would be considered an entire building. Any attack on it would reduce its overall durability.
