บท 23: Shaddy Yukitoshi
Ok, so I'll post a chap per week till at least the second week of November. Sorry for not posting. I'll surely rush the Arifureta arc because honestly, I find it a pain to write it now. The why the story just mostly follows the original will surely be explained in the next two or three chaps.

In less than ten minutes we were already hovering above the Northern Mountain Range.
We didn't land and began to scan the area with some drones connected to the 'rocket'. There were tens of drones each acting as a radar using the same principle as [Magic Sense].
I haven't done as the original Hajime because, first I did not have a fake eye and second, I find this more useful in this world where pretty much every individual possessed mana.
It did not take long before one of the drones detected a signature with a high mana density in its body.
BIP!
Hearing the alarm Hajime looked at a screen that looked like the radars you see in boats.
"It seems that we've found our target." He said as he got up and turned around.
BIP! BIP! BIP! BIP! BIP!
Suddenly the alarm went off five more times and five new different signatures appeared on the radar.
"It seems that we're not alone…" Hajime murmured as he looked back at the screen.
"What do you mean by 'we're not alone?" Aiko asked carefully.
"It means that there's another human here. And a decently powerful one at that… Of course, only when compared to a 'normal human'." Hajime said as he analysed the screen.
"You mean there are some humans here? I thought the guild closed all the entrances." Asked Aiko.
"Humans or demi-humans. Maybe even demons or monsters. But no use thinking too much we'll know soon enough." I replied before taking back commands.
After another minute we arrived above the area where the drones detected the magic signatures.
I looked outside the window and used [Far sight] and soon spotted a huge black dragon sleeping and 5 other small figures before it.
"Found them, guys! A dragon-like creature, two big wolfs, two orcs and a black-robed individual."
"A dragon?!" The guys said simultaneously with stars in their eyes. They jumped off their seat and glued their face to the window trying to see the dragon.
"Yep, a five-meter or so black dragon." I said and looked behind to see their reactions.
The guys were excited but I could still see some fear in their eyes- after all, they have a rough idea of what a dragon is capable of. Aiko and Yuka looked worried, they never thought we'll see a dragon here even though it was a fantasy world. And William was shocked.
"How! Dragons do not exist!"
"They exist- at least existed. I don't know what happened but five hundred or so years ago they seemed to have been wiped out the face of the planet." Yue said.
Will looked at Yue like she was an alien. I could read 'What is this loli talking about?' on his face.
I looked at him and said nonchalantly.
"She's three hundred years old."
He fainted on the spot hearing this, too much chock maybe for his fragile mind.
"Anyway, don't worry you'll not leave the plane. Only, me, Yue and Shea will fight." I said before opening the door, letting a big draught enter the plane.
But before we could leave Aiko held.
"No! I'll not let you go alone! Take us with you! It'll be fore safe with more people." She said decisively.
"No; have you ever seen a lion hunting with an ant?" I said plainly, without holding my words.
"But..!" She tried to refute but I quickly stopped her.
I knocked her out and held her petite body.
"Yuka please take care of her. She should wake up in an hour or so."
She nodded and took the unconscious body of our teacher.
"Girls ready?" I looked at Yue and Shea.
"Mmh!"
"Yep!"
"Then let's go." I took the two by the waist before jumping down.
I used wind magic to accelerate our fall and smoothed our landing just before touching the ground.
The moment we touched the ground the two wolfs perked up and growled looking in our direction. Their growl seemed to be noticed by the black-robed man, he stopped whatever he was doing and looked in hour direction.
"You! Who are you?!" He seemed frightened to see us. Well, it was understandable knowing who it was.
I completely ignored him and asked Yue.
"Hey Yue, do you know what he was doing?" Although I know exactly what this dumba** was doing I still wanted to know if Yue knew.
"He was using Black Magic on the dragon. But I don't know for what purpose. Maybe to control it but I don't think he'll ever be able to do that with his current level so I don't really know." She said with curiosity.
"Anyway, it seems that the dragon is sleeping soundly and not ready to wake up anytime soon so I think we should take care of this shady guy first."
"Hey! Don't you hear me you son of a b*ch?!" I ignored him and continued
"Yue, Shea. You two take care of the four monsters and I'll take care of the shady guy. Also Yue please help isolate the dragon so as to not wake it up."
"No problem." She waved her hand and a barrier isolated the dragon from the outside world. I could have done it but it'll never be as good as Yue's, she has a lot more experience than me.
"You two go take care of them!" The black-robed man said to the two orcs and without a second thought, they began to run toward us.
"Shea," I looked at the blue-haired rabbit.
"Mhh?" She tilted her head curiously.
"Go all out." I said with a smile.
"Yes!!" She smiled before rushing to one of the orcs.
"It's just you and me now, Yukitoshi." I said smiling.
