"WHAT DID you say?" Yvo growled at Killian who reported to her that Gypsy Noonim was in the cabin while entertaining an uninvited guest. "Who came unannounced again?"

Killian, who looked terrified after sensing his foul mood, gulped hard before answering his question. "Prince Lucius arrived at the duchy earlier," the knight said. "And His Highness said that he's here for Her Ladyship."

He clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Then I'll head to the cabin first."

It was a mistake to head over to the mansion as soon as he arrived at the duchy.

He should have known that Gypsy would be at the cabin. After all, his noonim had been keeping an eye on the handbags that Xavier Lagun was working on.
