"Jessica Musk? Isn't that your sister?" Rak'Tharos frowned after the Apocalypse Survivor Weekly Update was over. "Didn't she kill herself?"

He turned to look at Jennifer, and her dumbfounded face told him the answer to his question.

"She's… alive." Jennifer whispered in disbelief.

"Not just alive apparently. She's a monster now that she's got a boon from an Adamantium Sponsor. But still, she's nowhere as lucky as you. An Adamantium Sponsor is just an Emperor like me. You're getting my blood and my personalized training. Even if she's powerful now, she won't be as powerful as you in the long run." Rak'Tharos told her.

But Jennifer didn't hear a single word he said. Her eyes were closed, and tears of happiness were streaming down her face. Her hands were clenched tightly into fists as she exulted with all of her soul deep within her.
