He left the hospital, reached into his pocket, and pulled out a bottle about the size of a child's fist.

He shook the bottle in his hand. It was filled with grain-sized pills. He opened the bottle and took out a pill, popping it directly into his mouth.

It tasted slightly bitter, like chocolate beans.
