But Tang Yuxin couldn't sleep. She took out her phone and walked onto the balcony, shutting the door behind her.

"Dean, it's me, Yuxin. I need to take a month off. Something has come up and I can't just leave it unattended now."

The dean promptly approved her leave, even offering further help, promising money if needed, and manpower if required.
