If Jorge gave this amethyst pendant to Connor, it meant that Jorge was prepared to let Connor inherit the position of the Purple Cloud Sect's leader.

Beckett didn't know how to describe his feelings. He didn't expect that the person he had offended would be the future sect leader, and Jorge's disciple at that.

"Mr. McDonald is Master Yarrell's disciple…" Thomas said to Beckett.

"Mr. Felton!" Andre shouted. 

Beckett looked at Andre in confusion.

"Mr. Felton, this is just a piece of amethyst. It doesn't mean anything. What if this amethyst just happened to be picked up by Connor?"

Andre shouted excitedly at Beckett.
