บท 59: Ch 57 - Lenses
As soon as 8 hours past, Dahsoo opened his eyes and did some stretches and stood up.
"Good morning, yawn" said by Dahsoo to no one in particular and headed downstairs as he went and brush his teeth and cleaned his face and headed back to his room while taking his phone on the way.
"Good morning everyone, just woke up and had a nice and long sleep. Remember to workout at least twice a week, eat healthy, drink plenty of water and rest plenty. Gonna be streming at 7 pm KST" tweeted by Dahsoo in twatter and headed back to the bathroom to take a shower and headed back to his bedroom only wearing a towel at his waist.
He then took out a pair of clothes, a white shirt and black pants and put them on as he headed outside bringing along some cash with him and headed to the market place near him.
"Fuwah, its so cold in the morning, but the best deals usually happen at this time so I should hurry before it gets to crowded" muttered by Dahsoo as he increase his walking speed and headed for the marketplace his family usually buys at from time to time.
After a while, he finally arrives at the bustling place filled with many stalls selling meat, vegetables, fruits and more.
He walk to a certain direction as if he knows the place by heart and arrive at a certain stall with an old lady sitting there on the counter.
"Goodmorning miss Yujun!" said by Dahsoo to the old lady.
"Oh Dahsoo, goodmorning! I heard from your father yesterday that you move out of the house?" said by the old lady with curiosity.
"Yeah, I found a very cheap one that I could afford and took it. I desperately needed my own living space with my job and all" said by Dahsoo to the old lady while pointing at some meats, fish and vegetables he will eat for the day.
"Hoho, well then I will give you a special discount for today" said by the old lady.
"You don't need to miss Yujun" said by Dahsoo with a wry smile.
"Are you sure? Maybe your financially unstable?" ask by Yujun.
"No, I am quite okay for now, so how much would it be?" ask by Dahsoo.
"It would be 12 dollars" said by Yujun as Dahsoo took out some money and gave it to her.
"See you next time miss Yujun!" said by Dahsoo as he grab the food package given to him.
"Wish you goodluck Dahsoo!" said by Yujun as Dahsoo wave goodbye and walk away to the place he bought the materials at yesterday.
The moment he opened the door, the clanging of metal was heard with the bell above the door rang.
"Good morning!" said by Dahsoo to the guy on the counter.
"W- what? Oh its you, good morning, what may I help you with" said by the guy on the counter.
"I would like this list of items please" said by Dahsoo as he showed him a list.
"That would be 103 dollars sir" said by the guy as he activated his quirk and the materials floated right beside him and into a bag.
"Here you go" said by Dahsoo as he gave him the money and took the bag with him.
"Pleasure doing business with you sir" said by the guy.
"Thank you! See you next time" said by Dahsoo as he walk out of the store and look around for some food to buy.
"I'm not really craving anything right now, lets just go home" muttered by Dahsoo as he went back home and put the food inside the fridge and the materials on his bed.
"Ai, get ready for your brand new arms" said by Dahsoo as he took out the materials and started to build a connector that is quite long so he doesn't need to extend it for quite a while.
[Sir, the internet connection is quite weak inside there, I can not quite connect to it] said by Ai.
"I guess its time to make my router stronger, I did make it with scraps" muttered by Dahsoo as he disassembled his old router made with scrap metal and old wires and made it ridiculously fast and strong.
Soon enough, a small spherical ball of metal was seem and put somewhere hidden inside his house as Dahsoo check out its speed.
"5 gigabyte per second should be enough, and it also covers the whole house. Now for my portable wifi router" muttered by Dahsoo as he grab some metal and after a while, a pill like object was seen which was actually his own portable wifi which he hid somewhere inside him that when look at by someone ignorant, they would think he was doing something naughty.
"800 megabytes even with the interference from my body is good especially with its size" muttered by Dahsoo as he look at the moving pair of metallic arms besides him.
"How is it?" ask by Dahsoo.
[Its as you expected it sir] said by Ai as the arms became a drill, a hammer, a screwdriver and more that would hasten his production needs.
"Automation is still far away, but this should be enough, our technological capabilities doesn't need that much automation anyway" muttered by Dahsoo as Dahsoo gave the arms some materials.
"Make me the contact lenses I couldn't make because of how small it is" said by Dahsoo.
[Affirmative] said by Ai as it went to move its arms around with precision his body couldn't hope to achieve as Dahsoo went back to his room and put on a mask and glasses, took out his camera and started recording at the living room.
"Hey guys! Welcome back! Just finish setting up some stuff and I decided to do a fun little house tour!" said by Dahsoo while looking at the camera.
"This is the living room and that's the TV, this is a random painting, and that is my plant I talk about. If you didn't know, we were task to make a plant live back in middle school and look at it now, blooming like a fierce warrior" said by Dahsoo while pointing the camera at the plant.
"Next is my kitchen! My papa actually took my coffee machine, it use to be here yesterday but I don't like coffee that much in the first place. This are the food I bought at the marketplace I mostly go to" said by Dahsoo while pointing at the fridge.
He then showed them his bathroom, bedroom and more and finally he finish recording his video for the day.
He went back to his basement and saw a pair of contact lenses and talk to Ai.
"Functions" said by Dahsoo.
[Vision changes like X ray and could be use as a weapon like making them have cancer, connection to me, a User Interface that meets your needs, ...] Ai continued to list out its functions while Dahsoo put them on.
"Good, proceed to making your new body by using a portion of our daily materials bought. And go back to learning" said by Dahsoo as the digital model of Ai doing a thumbs up was shown in front of his new game like vision that came from his contact lenses that lessens the need for his brain.
