บท 2: Entering the new world
The man felt a bit light headed and woozy as he touched the palm of the bartenders' hand. His mind starts flashing from reality to darkness. The man's eyes finally began to close and the last thing he saw was the bartenders' smile.
[Hello host]
The man opens his eyes upon hearing a robotic voice in his ears. When he opened his eyes he could see himself in a bar that had its lights turned off.
The man looked around trying to find out where the robotic voice came from, but saw no one nearby.
"Hello is anyone there" said the man as he continued to look around.
[Bar system is now active. Please type in your name]
Upon hearing a voice the man continued to look around more until a screen appeared in his face.
[Name]
"Does it want me to write my name?" said the man as he tried to remember his last memory. He then was flooded by the memories of him walking to a bar and shaking a man's hand.
"Now I remember I accepted the offer and was sent to a new world. This world contains both heroes and villains if I'm correct and I'm supposed to be a villain" the man then looks back at the screen.
"What is a good villain name" thought the name as he continued to look at the screen. He then noticed something on the bottom left of the screen.
[Make name at the end]
The man not being able to come up with a name chose this option.
[The system will now spin a wheel that shall give the host a ability]
A giant digital roulette appeared in front of the man. around the wheel were three arrows two on the sides of the wheel and one at the top. At the center of it showed a button saying [spin].
The man guessing on what the button meant pressed it and the wheel began to spin. The wheel slowly spun but picked up pace the more it went in circles. The wheel finally stopped and three things were shown on the wheel.
[Monster creation] [Infinite body] [Contractor]
A notification appears in front of him.
[Please choose one out of the three abilities shown]
"Huh in my past life when I read a bunch of online novels, they would always let you choose one ability. I guess it is true" said the man as he looked at the names of the abilities.
As he looked at [Infinite body] a notification appeared below it.
[Infinite body. Rank B. Effect- allows users to create Infinite physical copies of themselves. Downside- When the user makes a copy their stats and the copies stats will be halved]
Upon reading the description of it he wasn't intrigued by it since he feels like this ability is only good at making workers and not combat wise. "It could be used for combat, if I was strong enough, but let me check the rest."
[Contractor. Rank A. Effect- the user is able to make a contract with anyone as long as they are either weak willed, don't believe that they can win against the user, or they accept the contract. Downside- the user must be at arm's length with the target]
"I guess it's useful to use if I'm trying to get allies" thought the man.
[Monster Creation. Rank S+. Effect- the user is able to create monsters that are under complete control of the user. The Monster will be given a random ability when created. The user is able to merge with any Monster gaining half their strength and their ability, the user is able to unmerge with the Monster at any given time. Downside- the Monster will start at Frank and will raise rank over time and real combat experience. The user must wait over a week to create a new Monster. The Monster will have feelings and thoughts of its own.]
Reading the last one the man instantly knew which ability he would choose.
[The host has chosen [Monster Creation]
The reason he chose this ability should be self explanatory. Since he could not only create himself an army of monsters but can use their strength and abilities.
[Host please choose your age and gender]
"Huh? aren't I a male" thought the man as he looked at himself. As he did he noticed his body was covered in a mist like veil, not allowing him to see his body. "So when that man said I will have a new life he actually meant it" thought the man as he chose what he wanted.
[Age: 17 Gender: Male]
The reason he chose the age and gender were obvious since most heros won't try to attack kids or teens unless they want to be seen as a villain. And most people will most likely not think that a 17 year old boy would be secretly a villian.
[Please type in your name]
"So I have to choose now, I guess I'll just use my first name and come up with a last name that the villain would have.
[Name: Vector Skull]
"Huh I just realized that my first name has a V in it and I'm pretty sure that V is the logo of the bar." thought as he laughed at the coincidence of his first name.
[Please choose what you want to focus on]
[Physical strength]
[Ability]
[Knowledge]
Victor looked at the three options that appeared in front of him. He guessed that Physical strength means the body, ability would mean his [Monster Creation], and Knowledge would probably mean intelligence.
"Well I guess ability since the bar is supposed to be near a villain populated area sooo" said victor as he chose ability.
[System is now making Stat window]

Victor now saw his Stat screen and thought it kinda looked fair. "I did choose to focus on ability, but why are my stats so low?"
Victor then touched the strength button.
[Strength determines how physically strong you are. Anything below 5 is less than average. Anything between 10 to 20 is athletic stage]
"Oh it shows me what it means. I guess I have the average strength as a regular person" Victor thought as he read through the rest of what his stats mean.
A couple minutes later and Victor was done Reading his stats. The durability represented how much of a beating he could withstand, Agility represented how fast and how long he could run, and intelligence is how easy it is for him to remember. Ability just represented how strong his ability is. "They were all the same, anything less than 5 was less than average and anything that was 10 to 20 was at an athletic stage. But for ability it stated that ten was below average and that twenty was average.
"I guess it's due to abilities only being given to villains and hero's" Victor thought as he was about to leave the bar.
As he touched the door he was launched away from it and given a notification.
[Host can not leave until he gets their ability to an average level. Rewards will be given to host upon completion]
Victor finally coming out of his dazed state read the notification. "Then how will I get ingredients for the bar?" asked Victor.
[The host can use systems store to look for ingredients and recipes]
Upon reading this Victor opened his stats screen and saw at the top right of it a button saying [System store].
As he pressed the button he saw lists of things that looked like delivery forms.
[Will send 10 magma apples, 20 bottles of magma wine, and 3 lava berries. Price 10 federation coins monthly]
[Will send 4 life giving pears, 30 holy water, 1 blood of God bottle, and 1 tears of God bottle. Price 170 federation coins monthly]
As victor looked through the list he noticed the currency and the absurd names the ingredients were called. "I read this in other novels and I hope this works. System what is this" said victor hoping that the system would answer.
[That is the main way to get ingredients for the store]
Upon hearing the systems reply victor was happy that it did reply and not making him feel like a fool. "Ok but how can I get these and what is with their names?"
[The host can get these by using this world's currency, federation coins, and paying the fee monthly. The reason they are called these is due to their world's calling these ingredients that]
"So these ingredients are from other worlds, wait how am I going to buy these things? I don't have any of this world's currency."
[Host must figure out themselves]
"What do you mean "figure out myself" I can't leave the bar so how am I going to get any currency." Victor, not receiving any reply from the system, sat down on a nearby chair.
"At least the system gave me some furniture and cups" thought victor as he looked at the ceiling.
"Well let's not waste time and try to use my ability" said victor as he got off the chair and looked in the center of the room.
Victor stood there for a couple of minutes "Wait I don't know how to use my ability" thought victor as he had no clue where to begin.
Victor tried doing many poses and hand styles as he tried to use his ability [Monster creation].
After several minutes had passed he cracked and asked the system for help.
[The host must imagine an egg or something close to it in the hosts chest hatching with close attention to detail]
"So I just need to focus all my attention to the center of my chest and imagine an egg hatching. That can't be hard" thought victor as he sat on a chair and focused all of his attention to his chest.
Victor imagined a blue colored egg appearing in his chest, he imagined it moving a bit before its shell began to crack. The egg began to crack more and more until he could see an opening. Within the opening he could see an eye looking at him.
[Host has created a monster please choose one of the two abilities and the system shall create the Monster]
[Shadow floor] [Flame spear]
Victor bummed out that he couldn't choose what his creature looked like and looked at the ability with sadness in his eyes.
[Shadow floor. Rank B+. Effect- the user is able to hide in shadows and is able to drag anything into its shadow. Downside- If any form of light touches the shadow the user or target in the shadow will come out]
[Flame spear. Rank C. Affect- the user is able to create multiple spears that are made out of condensed flames. Downside- to shoot multiple spears the user must be able to withstand the backlash of the ability that can result in the user having burnt body parts]
Victor was given two options to either give the creature an ability that allows it to move around with ease or to give it an ability that makes the creature have constant burn marks on its skin.
"Yeah this is a no brainer" said victor as he chose the ability [Shadow floor].
[Monster has been given the ability [Shadow Floor] now making creatures body]
Victor, receiving the notification, sat on a nearby chair and fell asleep.
About five minutes later he received a new notification.
[Monster body is now complete. Please summon the creature]
The second he received he felt as if there was something moving in his body. It was a physical movement, it was like he just knew that something was in it.
Victor focused on this feeling and tried to make the feeling leave his body. As he did this there was a feeling of pain in his chest. The more he tried to make the feeling leave his body the more pain he felt in his chest.
When he no longer felt anything in his body and the pain stopped he sat down on a nearby chair. "God I hope the Monster is worth it" said victor hoping that his pain wasn't for nothing.
Victor looks straight infront of him and there he saw a small humanoid like creature wearing tuxedo and wearing a mask that had three holes in it. Two at its eyes and one where the mouth is. in the two holes where it's eyes are were two glowing white balls.
Victor, noticing how adorable it is, moved his hand to the creature that he just created. As he moved his hand closer to the creature it flinched a bit when the hand got near it. This caused victor to pull his hand back a bit.
"Oh yeah it has its own thoughts and feelings if I remember correctly" thought victor as he put his hand out to the Monster.
The Monster seeing victor stretching his arm and hand towards it at first flinched and closed its eyes thinking he was going to grab it. But when it felt nothing it opened it and saw that it stopped half way and saw his hand stretched out to it.
The Monster slowly moved closer towards his hand and touched his hand and pulled back quickly. Noticing that the hand didn't harm it it grabbed the hand and began to touch it. It then felt something rubbing its head.
When it looked up it could see another hand rubbing its head gently. The creature began to cool when the rubbing felt nice. The creature began to doze off for a bit until it finally fell asleep.
"Is this what parents feel like with kids?" said victor happily, seeing the creature sleeping peacefully.

A notification popped up in front of victor stating for him to name it. "I guess your name will be Troupe since you look like one" said victor.

"Well since it was just recently created I guess it makes sense that its Stats are that high" though victor as he read the stats on Troupe.
"Hey shouldn't the assignment be done by the system" said victor after remembering the assignment the system gave him.
[The assignment was to increase your ability to average. The Monster is apart of your ability]
"So I have to train it to complete the assignment" said victor as he looked back at Troupe.
