บท 184: Volume 5.183 City of Vylon (5)

The sun was at its highest point in the day making the whole City of Vylon strive for the daily lives of the people working. However as lively as the city, in the Northern and most corner place of the city, the atmosphere was gloomy. At the top of the cliff lies the mansion of Duke Harris, the Duke of Versille. 

"Why is her condition not getting any better?" Duke Harris looked with worry at his second wife who was lying in a queen size bed. The windows in the huge room were shut and thick and dark curtains covered any intrusion of sunlight. Only torches lit the place, so people could still see enough. There was a herbal smell that lingered in the air as well. 

Two mages, wearing white hooded cloak, turned to the duke with an apologetic gaze.
