บท 84: Ringing the Golden Bell
Thirteen jumped at Enel and reeled his arm back, his hand started crackling with electricity as he threw a punch at Enel, since his fist was coated in electricity, he managed to connect with Enel's face.
Enel was sent bouncing across the roof and looked at Thirteen in shock, shouting "No! It's impossible! How can you have God's Power! You're just a Paramecia! I'm a Logia! There can be only one Lightning User!"
Thirteen looked at his hand and raised his other fist, it exploding into lightning too. He tilted his head before charging at Enel, his hands railing behind him and his chains even further than that.
He appeared in front of Enel and whipped his chains forward, they were covered in electricity and slapped Enel to the side. Thirteen threw his other hand forward and grabbed Enel, throwing him in the air before jumping at him and punching him in the face with a lightning-covered fist.
Enel spat out blood as Thirteen grabbed his earlobes and pulled him down, smashing his knee into Enel's face before grabbing his neck and spinning, throwing him back to the ship and blowing a huge hole in the roof.
Thirteen whipped his chains forward and pulled, shooting himself back at Enel.
However!
A giant blue hand covered in lightning, slapped against Thirteen's body, stopping him in his tracks.
A giant light blue Enel destroyed the roof of the ship as he emerged, roaring "ENOUGH!" He grabbed Thirteen with one hand and thrusted his other hand in the air, a giant black mass of thunder clouds appearing in the sky.
Enel looked at Thirteen and roared "YOU HAVE ANGERED ME FOR FAR TOO LONG, MORTAL! YOUR FALSE POWERS SHALL WORK NO LONGER!"
Thirteen bulged and slowly opened Enel's hand, his entire body crackling with light blue arcs of electricity. He jumped out of Enel's hand only to get slapped by the other one, he flew to the side and Enel stabbed at him with a golden spear.
Thirteen flipped and narrowly dodged the spear, unfortunately…
A second golder spear came out of the first and stabbed Thirteen in the chest.
Thirteen stopped and looked down to see a golden spear, crackling with lightning, sticking out of the right side of his chest. He looked at Enel, who sneered, as he coughed up blood.
Enel brought Thirteen close to his face and laughed "Foolish mortal. How can you compare to the power of god? I will admit, you fought incredibly. Unfortunately, you've forced my hand to end your existence. I would've much rathered having you by my side, alas…" he threw Thirteen off the spear behind him, forgetting him as he focused on his next foe.
The black mass of clouds exploded and Luffy came flying down, roaring "ENELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!" with a golden ball on his arm, stretching far behind him. Luffy's face was hideously angry, his pupils dilating to the extreme as he roared once more "I'LL END YOU!"
He has seen what happened to Thirteen but he was unable to stop it.
Thirteen flew in the sky and coughed up blood, the other him laughed and said "See what happens when you fight against me and your enemy? Just let me out~ It's so easy~" Thirteen coughed and returned to blank emotionlessness as he said "Shut your mouth."
He ignored the other him and turned around to see where he was going. The wound hurt. It hurt a lot but he was used to the pain and, what's more, it didn't pierce his heart, so he would go on living.
Thirteen saw a Golden Bell in front of him and turned to see Luffy punching Enel in this direction. Thirteen flew to the golden bell and threw his chains forward, wrapping around the pillars of the Bell.
All the lightning on his body flowed into the structure and it started crackling as Thirteen grunted swinging the Giant Golden Bell around. It slowly started moving and Thirteen spun faster and faster.
Luffy roared as he punched Enel, blasting apart his transformation, shooting him across the sky to the Bell, he saw Thirteen swinging it around and grinned as he pushed harder.
Enel and Luffy's hand with the giant gold ball on it, flew to the Bell as Thirteen let go and smashed it on Enel's back.
Enel was crushed between Luffy's fist and the Golden Bell, as the giant gold ball on Luffy's wrist shattered and freed the rubberman.
Thirteen fell from the sky and Luffy stretched over, dragging him to his side as he laughed "Good Job partner!" Thirteen nodded and his eyes slowly closed as his wound started bleeding badly.
The duo were saved from the sky by Pierre and landed with the rest as the Sky People were all staring at the Golden Bell ringing, completely stunned to the core. Luffy carried Thirteen to Chopper, who was already bust with the rest of the crew and the injured.
Chopper jumped in shock and started treating Thirteen immediately as Luffy laughed and fell flat on his face, unconscious. Chopper looked at him and almost cried looking at all the injured people, when will it end?!
