Yale smiled, knowing that their job was half done. As long as they killed more slimes, it should be considered over.

Still, he recalled the fight and realized how easy it was for them to kill the slime.

If a normal person fought them, the slime's tentacle would need to be blocked by a shield. But even if they stopped it, the tentacle that was made of water would be deformed, matching the shield's surface.

At that time, the slime could release more of its power and catch someone. And he or she would be gone once the slime injects their aphrodisiac.

Hence, it was hard to block them. They usually created shields from spells, so the slime wouldn't be able to catch the one holding the shield. After that, they would aim at the slimes with arrows, hoping to hit the core.
