Once he was done releasing his share of animals back into the world, Aron returned to Rose at their encampment. There, he found her passionately working on the ingredients he and she had collected earlier.
Quickly acknowledging his presence, Rose turned away from her setup and scouter before narrowing her gaze at Aron. "You forgot to mention how tedious this task would be with the lack of proper equipment."
"I assumed that much would be obvious. But regardless of how tedious, you understand how much of a necessity it is." Aron quickly replied, a small smile marking the corner of his lips.
Rose didn't appreciate this disguised taunting and clearly clicked her tongue before turning her gaze away. "They'll be a price to pay for this Aron, my labor isn't cheap."
Aron let out a scoff and just turned away as well, "I'll keep that in mind. Have Jagu and Jin help you when they're back, I'll see what more can be done in the Aethelian settlement."
