"Get lost!" Red-eyed and seething with rage, Ramose ferociously hollered at the door.

The raging fire in his heart inflamed, burning even fiercer as a desire to slaughter the beast, and Elder Saros surged in his mind.

Seeing his trembling limbs, alarm bells went off in Versailles's head. 

Her mate...he wasn't thinking about starting a massacre...was he?

Versailles wouldn't put the wolf above such an act. When it came to matters of the bed, he was very sensitive and rigid about being interrupted and stopping mid-way.

Cajoling and taming the beast before he went on a rampage was the only solution she could think of.
