Litori didn't smile and neither did she feel joy for her victory. But she intends to enjoy looting her dead enemy. She took one step toward the things he left behind before she had to stop. She became alert immediately because she sensed a sudden attack on her. Someone entered her domain and is gaining on her with a weapon poised for an attack. 

Litori was stunned. She isn't stunned because someone is taking advantage of her weakened state after a fight. That is common and to be expected. She is stunned because It shouldn't be happening in the first place. Her domain is always up so the person ought to go up in flames. And yet, they are fine and dandy as if immune to the effect of her domain.
