บท 173: Letter 'M'

Evelyn walked towards Elric who held his one brow raised looking astonished as he hadn't expected her to agree. Well, he would have perceived it anyway. She looked in his earthy hued eyes and blushed. Now the question was, will she kiss him? 

"Waiting," Elric whispered after a few minutes. 

"Bitter patience has sweet fruit, Mr Frithswith," she replied. 

"Too much sweetness is not good for health, Miss Evelyn," he said, lips pulling up.

She chuckled at his words and raised her palm to close his eyes. Leaning closer to him, she took her sweet time to entice him, making him impatient. When she thought it was a good time, she pecked his lips and walked away towards the forest. 

Elric opened his eyes. He held a blank expression as he saw her moving away. 

"What was that?" 

She turned around to see his annoyed face. "A kiss, which you asked for," she replied with a slight shrug, acting all innocent.
