บท 72: Saved by him

Elric yanked her back roughly, which Evelyn sensed. She found him slowly pulling her towards him, and tightening his grip on her back.

Seeing him glancing around, she knitted her brows and asked, "Whom are you searching for?"

Elric didn't bother to reply to her and continued glancing around as if he heard nothing. Evelyn frowned and thought about his rude behaviour. He quickly drew her closer to him and moved her away from the crowd, swaying to the music.

"Where are you taking me?" She asked him.

He pulled her towards a pillar and glanced around still his hand behind her back.

"What do you think you are doing?" She asked again.

He took off his coat and wrapped it over her. Smiling at his kind gesture, she said, "There's no need for this. I am hot."

Seeing him roll his eyes slightly she bit her lips in embarrassment for the choice of words she used. "I mean because of dancing, I am not feeling cold," she added to clear things.
