They did it. 

He means, it was not intentional, just one moment they were having their food back at his place and laughing their guts out as they watched the comedy show going on. And the next, it was as if the air got sucked out of the room when their eyes met. 

None of them could tell who moved first, however, their foreheads were touching, the both of them warring with the idea of breaking the agreement they had made. All that was needed was just a tilt of their head and their lips would meet. However, they just stared into each other. 

"We shouldn't," Adele breathed, fighting off the desire coursing through her veins. This was her mistake, she shouldn't have come here. What was she thinking? That she could fight off her attraction for Elijah.
