บท 1: Prologue
Somewhere in the Beast Glades
As the sun rose, it illuminated two figures nestled in their sleeping bags.
The younger of the two had bright auburn hair and ocean blue eyes. This boy's name is Arthur Leywin.
The older one was a woman in her mid-twenties. Black hair framed her face, and she had a red hue in her eyes. She was Jasmine Flamesworth, the outcast of the Flamesworth family.
The two had been adventuring together for a while, yet they hadn't gone dungeon diving yet.
Although that would be changing on this day.
The two made their way to a nearby adventurers guild, to choose a suitable first dungeon.
Arthur was observing the map in the guild and searching for a suitable dungeon for his first dive. He saw marks on the map which indicated the location of the dungeon and its class.
While most of the marks were black-colored, one of them was red. Red "X" shaped mark just like how pirate treasures are marked in fairies.
"Why is this mark red?" Curious Arthur asked his companion.
"Ah, this... Well, there are rumors that this dungeon was the reason why Legendary Party was disbanded." Jasmine explained.
'What is this Legendary Party?' This was the first time Arthur heard about Legendary Party.
"Is it some kind of legend or its name of some party?" Arthur asked again and Jasmine shook her head.
"No, it's real and it's not named like this. Truth is that this party consisted of 5 strong individuals that cleared numerous S-Class Dungeons in their short careers as adventurers. So they were rumored as Legendary Party by other adventurers because of their achievements." Jasmine explained the details to Arthur.
"So did they die in this dungeon?"
"No four of them survived as I heard from other adventurers." With that said Jasmine chose a suitable dungeon for their first dive and left the guild.
Arthur still couldn't forget about Legendary Party and once again asked Jasmine about it.
"So where are they now?" Jasmine looked confused at him.
"Who they?"
"I mean Legendary Party adventurers."
"Hm, since their last dive into the dungeon they stopped being adventurers. Only one of them is seen by people in different locations. Well, others meanwhile completely disappeared from maps." Arthur remembered something after hearing this.
(Flashback start)
'Four beings that find themselves in a similar predicament as yours. One of them, colder than ice, his hurdles have hardened his heart, making him not quite human, yet not quite beast. Another, detached from our very dimension, yet he was the most emphatic of them all. And the last two, remnants of a once-proud race. Now, one has fallen to the ashes of their own despair and the other has been lost in the dark abyss of their grief. You must find them, the future of this continent depends on them.'
(Flashback end)
'Five legendary adventurers... and one of them died. That makes them four... maybe they are the ones that Sylvia told me about?' Thought Arthur.
"How strong were they?" Arthur wanted to find out more about those four individuals.
"Weakest member of the party was a healer and her class was AA-Class. The other four had immeasurable strength, so they were given S-Class since their strength was beyond AA-Class."
'Jasmine sure knows many things about them.' Arthur started thinking that Jasmine was fangirling over Legendary Party.
"How do you know about them so much?" Arthur asked with a grin, but soon stopped when he saw how Jasmine's expression changed into a dark one.
"Arthur... One of the members of this group was your mother's sister..."

Some of you might already know, so I'll say this shortly.
This TBATE is Ff Co-Authored by four individuals and these four individuals have something to say to readers.
Erebus: Now, I know you guys are waiting for the sequel to A force to be reckoned with (It's called Strife of the gods btw) but this is one idea I just couldn't pass on. So here we are, a collab of four authors in one fic. This is gonna be epic, I can guarantee that. Oh and knowing me, prepare yourselves for tonnes of cliffhangers. What can I say, it's fun to mess with you guys like this.
!Ashy/SungDripsWoo: Well, I also have my own fic which I really enjoy writing, but unfortunately school is starting soon... So I can't update it frequently. So to make fun content while I can also keep free time for me, I with the other 3 authors decided to make a new ff. With four of us working on one fic I can lessen my burden. Also, I believe that this story would be epic. I myself will make sure that Erebus won't give you cliffhanger-kuns...
SocioPhobia: Hey everyone, first thanks for clicking on this fic. I look forward to your reaction. As for me I'm most known for my Spongebob x TBATE fanfic and a small-time project known as My New Life in TBATE. I'm excited to write with the other 3 writers on this, even with obstacles that come with 4 different authors battling time differences, school, and work to make this story a reality.
