**ADDIE'S POV**

When I woke in the morning, I was having mixed feelings. I was in a new place, but I wasn't upset about that. I had to meet more people and get the lay of the land, which while daunting, wasn't all that hard either. No, the mixed feelings that I was having didn't have anything to do with being here at the academy. Not really anyway.

The truth of the matter was, that the way that I was feeling had everything to do with the fact that Nolan was here. I had let things go last night because there was no way for me to talk to him and ask him why it was that he was here. That didn't mean that I didn't want to talk to him about it. For one thing, I needed to know why it was that he lied to me.
