**ADDIE'S POV**
I watched for another second as the children disappeared into the lower city. For some reason, something that was niggling in the back of my mind that I just couldn't quite grasp at the moment, I knew that I had done the right thing. I didn't know why I thought that, but I did. Those kids were there because fate had wanted me to talk to them before the others of the city.
"Princess Addie." Sir Hunter called out to me in a low voice as he stepped closer to me.
"Yes?" I smiled at him in a knowing way. I knew what he was about to say, but I didn't really want to hear it. While at the same time, I was trying to hide my laughter because this was going to be good.
"I must ask that you not step out of line like that. It was very dangerous to do what you just did. Please, do not behave so rashly again." His tone was angry and authoritative. It really irked me.
