**ADDIE'S POV**

The first thing that Nolan had me do after he set me down, was have me shift back to my werewolf form. He said that we needed to start practicing things in this form now that I was able to get to it so easily. I didn't know what they were at first, but I was willing to listen to him and learn. That was why we were here anyway.

"Alright Addie, you can get into that form, but now you need to use it." Nolan was smiling at me as he walked away from me. He was in his werewolf form as well. I guess so that he could demonstrate things for me.

"What do you mean to use it?" I asked him, not following along with him.

"Well, you've been in that form, but you haven't really walked around in it. You have stood in place. You have talked to me. But you have not walked in it or run in it. Now you will though."
