บท 326: The story of Loch Ness Star's prime minister

Who in the federation would stand to gain the most? The answer was in the pudding. Which ever prime minister that wasn't attacked might be the culprit.

According to the rat Ikeda, he had a strong suspicion that it was the prime minister of Loch Ness Star itself but there wasn't any evidence to suggest this. The prime minister of Loch Ness star was barely vocal and he always dressed unconventionally. 

He wouldn't speak much of his opinion, he never fought for funding despite two thirds of his planet being covered in snow and he usually diffused the situation when arguments escalated among the prime ministers.

The Marshal was weary of all prime ministers more especially him because he always seemed like he was wearing a mask.
