Alice, Allen, and Dr. Janice met Ethan by chance inside the hospital. The three were so shocked that the omega who was supposed to be not in the hospital was right there in front of them. And he is even wearing his operating uniform or scrubs uniform like Dr. Jeremy who was beside him.

"I see, anyway! Are you done with your work here? Did you already have lunch? Let's go and eat lunch together, Allen won't be able to join me since he has a meeting after here"
