One being it acted on Jack's owned worlds to perform normal reincarnations. Second, it would notify Jack if it met an 'anomaly' that needed to be dealt with specifically by him
'Hmph! That's right, now hurry up and send me over, ya fool!'
"...." Jack read the other party's thoughts and couldn't help but want to strangle the soul.
"You know I can read your dumb thoughts.." Jack said as he exerted pressure, making the soul buckle under the pressure.

"It's alright, I can't send you to the One Piece world, Fanfictions are a hoax, there are no such things as fiction worlds, though I can help you replicate a few powers, One overly strong ability or a set of small abilities, it's your choice" I replied to the boy, as for sending him to the One Piece World, that was not possible for the current me, I could make a replica of the One piece but it would take me an year to do so since I have just started this new thing.
"Hmm, then can you tell me what elements this new world has," asked the boy's soul body as he looked at me expectantly.
I smiled as I started describing my original dimension to him, which had transformed into a universe, the first of many, I had already granted Ddraig, Zeref and a few others the status of gods with my origin skills.
"Ohh, so magic exists in that world...then can I also ask you for a system," he asked me.
"I can do that, but it will be a simple system with no sentience, what kind do you want," I asked him out of curiosity.
"Can you give me one of those sign-in systems,"
"Nope! No pain no gain, you have five minutes left, hurry up," I said simply as I conjured an hourglass and turned it upside down.
"Ah! Then give me a system that can help me grow infinitely so long as I work for it; along with that, I also. .." After two minutes, the boy went quiet.
Seeing his request, I nodded as it wasn't too farfetched, and since making a system that increases his potential won't be so difficult for the current me.
I pointed my finger at him and a golden light shot at him, binding with his soul.
"Alright! Off you go, and although your actions are yours to make, I recommend you don't drown in power or I will deal with you," I issued a fair warning as the teenager disappeared.
The office returned to its previous calm; I then opened up the files at my desk; it gave a detail of what I had to do to grow and how to request various worlds to snatch souls from them and reincarnate them, how to grow new universes and how to become stronger.
All in all, I liked the place as no one came to disturb me, save for a few minor souls that gained the lucky encounter with truck-kun.
Yes, Truck-kun is also a Reincarnation god, being one of the strongest.
After granting them some abilities I sent them away as well,
*Partner! Hela is asking if you have sent a soul into the Orion,* asked Ddraig.
The Hela he is speaking of is the overseer of the souls in my world.
