เขียนรีวิวThe plot is reasonably interesting, but it’s definitely let down by poor editing and/or translation. Nearly every cultivation level is prone to be translated as any other. Some character names are unstable and sometimes end up translated as though not a name. And pronouns… well, maybe nearly every character is gender-fluid? Etc.
Some things I have to let others know that no one brought up in the review is the translation. Some Characters is always a 'he' even if it's a she. Have different names/nicknames. the level of gene they are inscribing, their cultivation level and combat power. they are always a jumble. which is stronger? monarch or emperor gene? why king level are described as god level when god level is the highest gene they can get and king level is like lvl 4? why the name of the genes mc used keep changing name? a bit of spoiler from the ending it feels like rushed and they used the novel pocket hunting dimension to save the ending making the ending lackluster. no happy ending even on the mc's harem. also, what the heck, how did Anastasia? anrastasia? arnastasia? anna? (these is how her name got spelled, somewhere along these letters) became part of his harem when she didn't contribute to his growth besides from being charm/succubus/ye mei race.
Just a little lacking in various regards. Power system gets unclear at the end. No real character development for mc or side characters. But a pleasant read of a guy who has an op ability. Not really too eager or too cringe compared to other books on here
This is a pretty good op mc story. Mc doesn’t just blow everything away but he has very little difficulty in his journey. Just to note it is harem towards the end of the book. Also a lot of the pronouns are mixed constantly he’s and she’s. The translator also mixes up the life level or evolution level a lot making it a bit confusing at times. Background to the story is interesting. The power system is interesting as well. Overall I recommend.
the story is good the translation could use some serious work tho...wiki helps as it will give a better grasp of the power at various points
im ok with the novel. i would have read till the end of it except for the fact that i cant stand the inconsistent names and genders. for cultivation novels like this, it is very important to decide on the name of the grades of equipment and names of cultivation levels beforehand. even with reference to the fandom (which is the only reason i almost read half the novel), im pretty sure there was a sudden grade [monarch] added in between king and emperor grade. please fix the translation quality if you can.
nice thing about the ending is that it ties PHD(pocket hunting dimension) together with this universe was a little fun reading with familiar characters.
The book and characters itself isn’t bad but the translation quality and stability of the text makes it nearly unreadable, it honestly gives you a headache
Great system. Good plot, overall. Great story like the character development light. The general flow wood recommend
Translation is bad, but I still read it because evolution and power progression is enjoyable. I read it in a week and I don't regret it. Romance(harem) is there but it isn't much focus on it. Main reason that I finished this novel is that fights are usually short and there are only few long ones. And breaks in between fights later on make it easier to go through long fights.
overall, a really well-done novel, easy to read and keeps you interested in the story. Recommended reading the only problems i have with is that the translation often mix's up the gender and the end of the novel feels a little rushed but defiantly worth the read.
not the worst, but pretty decent. my biggest issue was the horrible translation. it seemed like they just threw into google translate.
The MC is just a little too narcissistic for me. There are other little annoyances as well. i didn't get too far into the story before deciding to drop it so I'll just leave my review as 'not my kind of story'. What bothered me might not be an issue for you.
Terrible translation, it seems like someone just put it through a translator and said no to proofreading. It seems like a wonderful story, but after reading 300 chapters with no improvement in quality, I am giving up reading it.
Not very clear definition on stages of genes, weapon and cultivation realm. Really hard to understand certain notes and points. Too rushed for a good novel.
Personally, I loved this story. And I am biased toward the author Rainy Blur Skies. His writing has this amazing mixture of action, adventure, romance, comedy and fluffy moments. his other work- Pocket Hunting Dimension is one of my favorite novels to date. Overall, the story was great. It had all the above-mentioned elements, and it was very engaging. Another thing I love about the author's work is that the older generation is generally kind towards their own race's geniuses. It's not like the others where a million year old monster will suddenly want to kill the MC just because he is extremely talented and will surpass him. Rather because they know of their universe's difficulties, they do their best to nurture them. The translation, however, was bad. The names of different cultivation realms got messed up and some I had to spend some efforts to understand some parts. But all in all, it was still understandable. And another thing that I loved was that during the last few chapters- Lu ze (Pocket Hunting Dimension's MC) was introduced to the story. I loved the interactions between Lu Ze and his wives despite being short, Overall, the story was fast paced, and the only pity is that ending was a bit rushed. But at least it didn't leave any bad taste in my mouth.
The translation was horrible and the author never responded. Differents for the same person was used, gender rules were not followed, insulting the United States, autr couldnt keep track of the level of the MC or next level calling it the same thing. It was like a different book was changed to make this novel . A very confusing read , but there were some very interesting parts to it that kept me reading it.
เปิดเผยสปอยเลอร์Great read, ending is rushed, and the author gets lazy with abilities of side characters towards the end, and the ending is Very rushed, also the typos omg. Still a good read.
It’s an ok story. By chapter 536, author admits his MC build is very “special.” “None of Lu Yuan's current combat skills were direct attacks.” MC is glorified support build with author help for attacks.
Great read, cool MC, lots of adventures. Unusual way to level up with gene development mixed with Cultivation. Anticlimactic ending due to abrupt way the plot was wrapped up.
well, it's not that long like other similar stories. the story is like a Harem and every key characters here who own the best spots are women.
For those wondering about Lu Ze at the ending of this novel. He is the protagonist from Pocket hunting dimension.
เปิดเผยสปอยเลอร์Great story, Mc is interesting and the progress is strong. Annoying parts are bad translation quality that means you’ll have to think about what was meant to be said and a lot of random characters reacting the the Mc feats.
