บท 208: Darkness Vs Destruction

He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And if you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you.

Barack threw the burning broadsword towards Roman.

The chain gave him a long reach as he stood ten feet far from Roman and still the broadsword reached at him easily.

Roman saw the sword, he could duck to dodge it but the issue with that was the black flame engulfing it.

So with no choice, he stopped the broadsword with the longer sword named, Rolex, and held it there.

Sparks flew from the swords by the contact as Roman managed to stop the broadsword from moving further.

However, the sword itself wasn't all that deadly; it was the flames that oozed danger.

Roman somehow managed to stop the heavy sword but he couldn't do anything about the flames as they easily touched his robe, setting it ablaze.

"Dammit." Roman flung backward from the broadsword.
