"Hi", I said to Lucien. He looked at me not awkwardly his eyes held the same yearn for me that I had once for him.

"How are you?", he asked.

"Good. What about you?", I asked him once without lying.

"I'm fine", he said with a side smile.

"How is Lucille?", I asked him. I can't ask how his wife was? It would be way too awkward not to mention weird.

"Thriving", he said with a hearty laugh.

"Did you consult a doctor for her? Isn't rare for your kind to have a disabilty?", I asked him.

"It is rare but not impossible. Maybe she will be fine when she turns", he said.

"So they are not born lycans?", I asked confused.

"Yes they are born Lycans but they will be able to shift only when they are matured. Maybe when she is sixteen we can't really tell", he said.

"That is a good news then. She maybe able to talk after shift", I told.
