The sun shining in my eyes wakes me up and I reach across the bed to find it empty. I raise up and look down to find a piece of folded paper. Deja vu… He better fuck not have… I yank the paper up and read his note as my worries of the past happening again quickly fade.

I jump out of bed and get dressed in shorts and tank and pull my tangled messy hair up into a pony. After I’m done I take one last look at myself and once I’m happy I walk out and bump straight into Alexia. “Oh shit! I’m sorry. I wasn’t even looking. How are you feeling Alexia?”

“No worries at all and I am much better. I wanted to thank you. Birsha told me what you did and how you saved me. I can’t express how grateful I am to you.” Her words drifted off a bit at the end and I can see the emotions running across her face.
