Proteety_Promi [So, this academy is kind of like a kindergarten though not fully a kindergarten. Kids can study here until they are eleven when they are eligible to study at another academy. If someone wants to study at that academy, they need to pass a test. Anyone could study there if they met the conditions. It is described in chapter 230. We can call this new academy pre-academy. Remember, there are no kindergartens there and kids need to study at home until age eleven. They can't even make friends the way kids in our world can by going to school.
