“Honestly, no,” Gage admitted.
Calian glanced sideways at Flynn. “And you?”
“I don’t know. I’ve never really thought too deeply about it.”
“Fair enough,” Calian muttered a second or two later. “Do you know what necromancy is?”
“Only what I’ve learned from movies and TV shows.”
Calian grinned at Gage. “Cool.”
“Same for me.”
“Okay. Well, necromancy is death magic, but it’s neither dark nor light. I must clarify that not all necromancers are insane magic users who raise the dead and use zombies to perform evil deeds on their behalf. In fact, the number of such crazy necromancers is tiny.”
Gage chuckled. “Different from the movies and TV shows then?”
Calian scoffed, obviously irritated. “Those producers and directors are all presumptuous motherfuckers.”
After that, the three of them were quiet for a moment. Gage immediately looked at Flynn when the man gasped loudly.
