“It’s so weird watching you interact with your fans, Perce,” Diego teased. “You act so modest all the time, I’ve kind of forgotten you’re a celebrity. It’s always in the back of my mind, but I don’t focus on it. Do you know what I mean?”

Percy nodded. “Some people may recognize me once in a while, but I’m really not that famous.”

Diego chuckled. “You’re definitely popular.”

“Diego is right,” Rohan agreed.

Percy shrugged. “Let’s not talk about it anymore. We still have quite a few items on our shopping list. We better get them fast.”

“All right. Let’s go!” Diego exclaimed before reaching for the handle of the shopping cart and pushing it forward while Rohan and Percy followed the alpha at a more sedate pace.
