“Yes. Do that. Also call Marie Claire and tell her what to expect. Tell her what arrangements need to be made. She’ll make the other appropriate calls.”

“Is he going to be okay?” Sean asked the doctor.

The doctor peered around him at Armand, and Armand nodded his head. “Yes, Alpha Mate. The wounds are deep, but the knife didn’t touch anything vital and with the plastic surgeon doing the stitching, there should be no scarring.”

The doctor left the room, and Sean followed. Sean went to the waiting room and called Marie Claire. “Marie Claire, it’s Sean.”

“Please excuse me, Alpha Mate. What happened? One of the Enforcers came home for clothing and would say nothing other than our Ian was in the hospital, and he was going right back out.”
