"Do you mean to say that if her life force is not taken away then she will not listen to me?" Ding Nuan Nuan asked. She was not bothered by the fact that she had been sucking the life force of perfectly fine and healthy humans. 

The only thing she was concerned with was the fact that she wanted the entire village to become putty in her hands, as long as they were under her charm— Does Ding Nuan Nuan even need to care about whether her mother would find out the truth about her identity?

With the entire village looking after her, Ding Nuan Nuan didn't care about such a small matter. 

 "That is indeed correct," Big Yu replied as she looked at Yu Dong greedily. "If you let me take the life force of that woman, I am certain that I can do it this time around." 

She was bound to that small doll which Ding Nuan Nuan carried with her. Unless the little girl permitted her, there was a limit to the things that Big Yu could do.
