Hmm, I got what I needed so where should I go now?
That was a good question.
There was nowhere that I actually could go.
I really am dumb for spending the rest of my money on a new weapon.

Seems like I'll have to take another mission.
Entering the guild one more time, I could not be bothered to accept a difficult quest so I just took a standard gathering herbs test.
There were very few people in the guild at this time which made me pretty happy as I could be spared the extra attention since I don't do well in crowds.
Quickly gathering the herbs, I finished the job and earned 50 coppers.
Damn, the price difference for those two jobs makes it even more crazy that I managed to survive from there.
Still, this wasn't enough for even the cheapest inn.
Guess I'll have to camp outside.
Spending the money to buy some cheap bread, I headed out through the gate.
Now that I had a sword, I will say that it did make me feel at least a bit safer.
Finding a tree to lay down on, I closed my eyes.
Sounds passed through my ears.
The grass rustling.
The wind whistling.
The river flowing.
The tree breaking.
Wait what?
The tree?
Huh?
THUD!!!
OWWWWWW!!!
Grabbing my butt, I howled in pain.
That hurt!
That really hurt!
Something had prodded my butt when I landed.
Looking down, I gasped in surprise.
Isn't this basically a blessing from the heavens?
