Emilia finally breathed a sigh of relief as she took the USB drive from the gray haired girl. "Thank you, Noelle."

Noelle nodded curtly. "Please don't hesitate to call me directly whenever you need anything, young miss. You don't need to go through that idi—ahem, Miss Samantha."

Emilia's lips twitched slightly, wondering if all of Sam's subordinates were that daring, or Noelle was an exception. Regardless, she was competent and hard working enough to deserve having such arrogance. "You can go back to rest first. We can discuss your reward later."

Noelle blinked. "Reward? Young miss, there's no need for such a thing, this is part of my—"

Emilia smiled. "Of course, but since you went the extra mile for me, am I not allowed to show some appreciation?"

Just a glance at her deep dark circles was enough for Emilia to know how hard Noelle had worked to get all of this done so quickly.
