He backed her gently to the sofa, his eyes never leaving hers, studying her, waiting to see any hint of reluctance. He would immediately put an end to whatever this was if he perceived any from her. He had brought her there to show her how much he wanted what they had in the past, how much he wanted her but he wasn't going to move this any step further if she still had doubts. But then she moved her hands from his chest to his waistband, fingers tracing his belt buckle and when he looked deeper into her eyes, he saw the same level of hunger and want reflected right back at him.

Slowly, she undid his belt and pulled it free. Johnny's lips found hers once more like it was the most natural thing. Kissing her had always felt that way. Loving her was as easy as breathing.
