I like the overall story, FL is kinda overbearing with ML and little uncle whom pampered too much. I read it till final chapter but quite disappointed with the ending. The final boss got defeated in ONE chapter. They did not even write the last war event, just written in 2-3 paragraphs 😅 Could have been better but still quite enjoyable for easy reading.

So I'm currently on Chapter 502. I seriously cannot deal with this book anymore. She has amnesia AGAIN! It's so repetitive. And she causes trouble left and right and her bf and little uncle had to clean up the mess every time. The story pace jumps around, for example they go into great detail about how someone got kidnapped but the kidnappers got round up by so and so. Ugh what kind of story is this....It was okay at the beginning but as it progresses it just stopped making sense to me.
This is the most unreasonable novel I have ever read. Read till 500. To be honest it's a fun but repetitive story with the same cockroach enemies all over again. If she killed in the 3° strike this novel would have 200ch and not 900
v good novel.. do give it a try.. i loved it but slightly disappointed with the finale.. it felt like the last 50 chapters were packed into 5 chapters.. the villains that were so undefeated in 900 chapters just end in 1 chapter ... finale could have been far better
Those who feel that chinese names in the CHINESE translated novels should be changed to western names, just stop and think. Imagine...John Smith, Joe Giovani, Jane Le Blanc or Jenny Lopez as the characters names... kowtowing in a temple, or eating bao or noodles with chopsticks, or playing mahjong, or making dumplings, or working paddy fields, or being hit with slippers by their moms, etc... would it not be too weird? Would it not spoil the whole reading experience, not to mention the identity of the novel being a CHINESE novel? If reading or remembering chinese names too difficult, there are hundrends of good ORIGINAL novels written in English with western names in this app that can be read too.
I really liked this book! Tho it could have used some tweaks to become better, overall it was a really good read that never lost my attention. I love OP characters but sometimes authors go too OP. However the main characters in this were just under OP enough that the story didn’t get boring from things being settled too easily where there were tons of build up only for it to fizzle out but they were also OP enough that they nor their friends suffered unrecoverabley from their challnges. The story had a good flow where I didn’t get bored nor irritated with the drama being too much or too annoying. It also had my favorite things such as plenty of humor where I was laughing out loud at times( which is often hard to find) and the main ml and fl had plenty of interactions and didn’t spend long times apart(except for like one case but it wasn’t one of those annoying break up and see you in five years with a kid you didn’t know about situations.). I would definitely read this authors other stuff if it’s as funny and good to read as this one.[img=update]
Why this FL never learn from her ex perience? she knows that everything she doing leads to danger, but then she jumps into the firepit. Also she vowes to take revenge but then supporting character doing it for her. i am done spending time on this.
what my first and foremost comment on these Chinese novels are, they uses Chinese names also...remember your novels are being read by different countries/nationals and Chinese names are really difficult to remember or absorb by us foreigner readers, so we are having difficulties in understanding more. I just wish, names will be changed by English too.
🤬this has a RAW but apparently they changed so much so you can't find it no matter how you look. Personally I've already spent over $100 on this book and it's nowhere near finished..smh really a rip off the "privileged" is even worse basically this app and book you can read for about $300+ so don't even bother. I'm all for supporting artist but this is just overboard. secondly the characters just are dragging and no sense had been made after almost 690 chapters. Good stories inside of stories but again there price isn't worth it!!🤬🤬🛑🛑
I don't really know what I was expecting but it definitely wasn't this. Sorry but just no 😔 it started out great then it became childishly written that it was embarrassing to read. The fl's development is so abrupt. Too many characters ang being put in. Her uncle's backstory is just said for convenience of the rest of the characters. It's overall messy but if you have time and patience I guess you could read this.

The plot was pretty standard: FL gets a second chance and tries to do her best to repay the ML for his help and care in her previous life. I didn´t expect there to be many plot twists but I´m glad to see that she´s finally standing up for herself. The novel is well written/well translated. I enjoy reading stories with good character development and I hope she will get back at that scum of a husband.

Best book I have read in a long time. I love the mafia side to it. Though I do wish she would train combatively to be able to handle some things. N be a little more heartless to her enemies. N killing is a big plus
I read through chapter 40. I won’t be continuing to read this. The writing just isn’t good. I don’t mean the translation, I mean the novel itself. It’s very amateurish.
I've read 20 chapters so far and I'm loving it that it's hard to put it down. Kudos to the author and also the translator for presenting us with a good and pleasant reading materials. 😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The translation quality & stability of updates bumps this rating a bit, though it isn't bad. I've been keeping up with the current updates & from the synopsis, I wouldn't have expected the turn it has taken (to involve a sort of gang group dealings). I think readers will appreciate having a FL who wants to deal with things on her own, even though she could rely on the backing of ML & her uncle.

The beginning was so good, i thought it would keep up but it was really disappointing by the end. The FL always gets into trouble because she ALWAYS overestimates herself. She knows there might be traps but still puts herself in danger for no reason and then acts shocked. It blew my mind that she forgave everyone just because too much time had passed. Then expects everyone to do the same. She has a savior complex and will save her enemies no matter how many times they hurt her or the people around her.
