บท 4: I'm a . . . Knight !!
(Mordred POV)
Yesterday Mother told me that she a surprise for me after im done training today ! im so excited ! because i can only think of about 3 things, what are those things you ask ? well ! they're :
1. High Class Food
2. A New Sword
3. The Armour she promised me !!
i cant wait, between me and you i would very much prefer having the armour because then I'll really look like a Knight then i can go and show the King so i can fight by his side.
Oh and quick update on my age i still dont know how long it has been since i was born but i look identical to Mordred from Fate so i physically look 16 or 17 but im 100% sure ive not been born for more than 10 maybe even 7.
Throughout all the time I've been training i realised I've been getting more and more obsessed with becoming a knight who serves by his side and fight all his battles for him, i know I'm very obsessed blame the hypnosis, one thing I'm betting on though is my armour to give me some sort of magic resistance, i have gotten a small resistance to it but not big enough to stop the level of hypnosis used by my Mother.. like holly-molly she has ramped it up to some strong SHIT over the years, like I'm a bit concerned that if she makes it even stronger the King will be all i think about, like some Creep you would be told to report to the police in school.
Anyway~ to get away from those frankly ... morbid thoughts I focus more on making my way out of the woods.
Once i get out of the woods i see the fence circling out back garden, the back garden is nothing special just a plot of grass with a couple loose trees and a average sized fence surrounding it.
I place my training sword against the wall besides the door of the house as i open the door and hurriedly get into the "Living Room" where i see my Mother sitting on a chair looking straight at me, i kind of got the chills from her who has probably been sitting there staring at the door for a while now just stone faced. But as fast as i feel her stare it stops and is replaced with a warm ? eyes i think ? i cant tell !!
"Well, Mordred how was training today ? it looks like you've been working very hard." (Mother)
she says this while I'm just standing there still sweating as its the middle of the summer and its warm when you stay outside all day doing strenuous exercises, its kind of embarrassing but eh I digress.
"Yea" i wipe some sweat which has gathered on my forehead off "I worked extra hard, so I can fulfil my dream of helping the King !"
i begin to walk forward and sit on another chair in the "Living Room"
"Alright Mordred, wait here while I got and get the surprise I told you about yesterday." (Mother)
she stand up and heads towards the door to my room, once she goes into the room i return to my thoughts
'lately my Mother has been teaching more about the world, she says i need to know more about the world so I can help the King more ! I really appreciate that she has taught me more than just fighting. well I learned that this isn't the original Camelot with it not being located in Britain but being located in a completely different world, Camelot borders a small country called Alguna and one massive country . . . it actually reminds me of Russia if it wasn't as well Cold and Uninhabitable, well some of it is uninhabitable but that is a very small portion. the continent is called Falmart . . . sounds like a B-tech Walmart (A/N Shit joke but, oh well~) the Empire currently has very bad relations with Camelot . . . i may or may not dream about killing their emperor inn the most morbid ways possible . . . a bit strange but oh. Well~'
*clank* *clink*
"Close your eyes Mordred and ill tell you when to open them" (Mother)
i follow what she says and close my eyes
*Clank* *clank* *Thud*
"There, we go. Now open your eyes in 3. 2. 1. Now !" (Mother)
as i quickly open my eyes and what i see amazes me
"Mother. . . Mother i-s this for. . . me !?"
i jump out of the chair and run straight up to the armour which is right in front of me i keep dancing around it and taking it in-in full detail and suffice to say its beautiful and cool all at the same time ! it looks just like Mordred's armour from Fate Series ! its so cool ! I love it so much !
"Calm down, Mordred. Why not try it on, im sure you'll love it" (Mother)
i get stars in my eyes
"Can I ? Can I ? Can I ?"
"Yes, yes you can but just calm down" (Mother)
i calm down and begin to take it off the stand type mannequin but before i begin to put it on Mother stops me
"Mordred, i have some clothes i want you to put on first, we dont want you getting to sweaty under that armour because i have a special request for when your done putting on the armour." (Mother)
she puts out her hands to give me the new clothes, i take them and head to my room to get changed.
once i lay them out on my bed the seem familiar to be but i cant particularly remember where, over the years ive not really getting used to my appearance because it changed so fast but ive noticed ive not changed physically for about 2 months, this is the most comfortable ive been but that's saying something as im still not used to having breasts it was a bit of a shock as instead of them growing over time they seemed to grow a lot just over night which made me as i said shocked. There still small but it is still more than what i had as a male. . . guess i got to get used to them, i know i probably wont grow more so that's good.
Before i put on the clothes i put my hair into a ponytail with 2 brains leading to the ponytail, i also have 2 lare lots of hair which frame my face.
As i put on the clothes i look down and then i remember where i recognised the clothes from, its the clothes Mordred wore under her Armour. The sleeves go up to my upper arm with it poofing out a bit at the top, i have a type of skirt thing which is open at the front. There's a cloth covering the in-between my legs which falls to just under my knees, it does expose quite a bit of skin but it'll keep me cooler under the armour.
I walk out of my room and notice Mother who is just sitting facing my door
"There you go Mordred, it suits you a lot !" (Mother)
"... Thanks Mother. Lets get this armour on !"
i run up to the armour and start to put it on
after getting all the armour on bar the helmet my mother picked up the helmet an handed it to me
"Okay, Mordred before you put this on i want you to always wear this helmet when wearing the armour and to never and i mean NEVER take off the armour near anyone else. Understood ?" (Mother)
"Y-Yes i understand, Mother i wont take it off anyway near anyone."
"Good, I have some personal connections to the Round Table, so i will recommend you and im sure they will allow you in." (Mother)
"Yes Mother ! thank you so much ! I'll make you proud ! I'll be the best knight for the King !"
P.s Sorry this chapter is a little late my internet crashed while i was like 50% of the way done and i lost all of it !!
