บท 2: Chapter 2: New Life As Prince Vegeta
-Age 737-
On a very far planet, you can see two kids and one middle aged man talking to each other.
The middle aged man was wearing strange armor and had mohawk hair, named Nappa.
One of the kids who looked like 5 years old was sitting on a rock while eating strange violet fruit in his hand, he had spiky hair and was also wearing strange armor, white gloves, white boots, with a blue undershirt, his name is Vegeta.
The other kid who looked like 10 years old was also wearing strange armor, he had spiky long hair hanging through his back, his name is Raditz.
Nappa: "Did you hear that?! Our planet collided with a meteor….and...and was obliterated!"
Nappa said with a worried and panicked look on his face after talking to the strange device in his left eye.
Raditz: "Well, I guess we're pretty lucky aren't we? It's a good thing we decided to ignore Frieza's order to head home."
Nappa: "Vegeta, you have a brother don't you"
Vegeta: "Oh yeah, I wonder if he got blown out too, huh not that it matters."
Nappa: "And you have a brother as well don't you, Raditz?"
Raditz: "Huh, yeah but he will just gonna be a lower class warrior. He's still at home sleeping in a nursing capsule, a disgrace... Wait, I think mom said she sent Kakarot off a planet in a pod though. Oh well, I couldn't care any less."
While they're talking, Vegeta feels slight pain in his head. He closed his eyes then felt a surge of memories worth 16 years of experience and other things entered his head and merged with his own. When he opened his eyes, a slight smile showed in his face.
Vegeta stood up and looked at his surroundings. He then saw Nappa and Raditz.
Vegeta then tried to open and close his hands trying to feel his new body and strength that he dreamed of since he was a child. Feeling his strength and ki in his body, he showed a big grin on his face.
When Nappa and Raditz saw a big grin in Vegeta, they felt a chill on their spine. They only see Vegeta like this when he is beating ang mocking them.
Vegeta: "Nappa!Raditz!"
Nappa: "Y-yes prince, what is it?"
Vegeta: "Turn off your scouters and hide it for the time being."
Nappa/Raditz: "Right!"
When Raditz and Nappa heard Vegeta they let out a sigh of relief, then they turned off and hid their scouters. They thought that Vegeta would beat them to pulp to release some frustration because of what happened recently.
Raditz: "So Vegeta, what now?"
Vegeta: "Hmp! We will leave the Frieza force and PTO."
Nappa: "What! If Frieza learns about this we will be severely punished or worse we will be killed!"
Nappa said and couldn't believe what the young prince said.
Vegeta: "So you refuse to obey your prince and want to follow the one who destroyed our planet huh."
Nappa/Raditz: "!"
Raditz: "W-what are you saying Vegeta?!"
Vegeta: "Mhmp! You fool! Do you think a planet full of people who can destroy a planet will be obliterated easily by a mere meteor?"
Nappa and Raditz were shocked when they realized what Vegeta said.
Nappa: "Damn Friezaaaa! He dared to obliterate the saiyan race and still tried to use us as his tools like nothing happened!"
Raditz: "So what will we do now?"
Vegeta: "For now, turn on and wear your scouters to not make any suspicion. We will rest until tomorrow to recover our stamina and power. Then tomorrow we will leave this planet and change location."
-Night time-
Before going to sleep, Vegeta came out of the cave where they will rest for the night.
Vegeta: "Now, let's see."
Vegeta then tries to float until he reaches the cloud and flies in a circular manner.
Vegeta: "So I can use my body and ki easily, especially my tail but it's quite weak, I need to train it to remove that weak point. Though I can easily use my ki but not my mana. Considering that I have used my ki in the 5 years I have lived here but not my mana since I just recently recovered my past life's memories and only till now the wishes will take effect."
Vegeta then tries to feel his mana. Both of the energies were slightly different from each other. Ki feels kinda like a fluid but hard like steel, while mana also feels fluid but soft.
He then try to practice how to use his mana and other magic techniques that he can use.
Although mana is a new type of energy for Vegeta he can easily move and use it because of one of his wishes, which can master anything with a little effort and faster than the others.
Now he can multiply the weight of his clothes and other objects by 5x. He can also materialize some ordinary clothes but not the one he was wearing because it has unique properties and characteristics that can stretch to an unbelievable level to support their oozaru form, which is hard to materialize.
Vegeta tried to cut his arm with ki and heal it using his magic and it works. He then multiplied the weight of his armor, gloves, boots, and undershirt by 5x.
Vegeta: "Now then, let's try one of my hypotheses."
Vegeta then fly very far and went to the bottom of a cliff.
Vegeta: "Earlier when I checked everyone's power level:
Vegeta - 5,000
Nappa - 1,500
Raditz - 310
That means my mana is 500 because it's lower by 10x my power level. And when I use my magic to heal my small wound, my mana only decreases by 0.2. Which means I can use my healing magic 2,500 times only if I have the same level of wounds or injuries."
Vegeta then looked up at the cliff and aimed his right hand at it.
Vegeta: "Now then let's see if it will work."
He then fired a ki blast to the cliff and prepared himself for the impact.
A large chunk of the cliff fell into Vegeta creating a large crack on the ground. The large rock struck Vegeta, making him unable to move.
Vegeta then uses his left hand to fire a ki blast to remove and destroy the large and heavy rock on top of him.
Vegeta gritted his teeth because of the pain all over his body from the wounds and broken bones he got from the large rock that fell on him. But thanks to his saiyan physique, his body was able to hold on and he didn't die.
He then casts healing magic and a green light glow from his body and all the wounds and injuries are starting to close and heal.
Because of the number and level of the wounds and injuries his mana was almost depleted with only 2 left.
Despite the exhaustion he got from his experiment, he had a big grin on his face and laughed.
Vegeta: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It works! It really works!"
He started laughing like crazy because when he used his scouter, he saw that his power level jumped from 5,000 to a whooping 10,000!
When he calmed down, he flew back to his cave and rested for the night to recover from exhaustion.
